Opportunity 1: Train the Trainer

DELIVERY METHOD

Train the Trainer - Virtual or in Person PLCs run by a District Champion & additional district or school
trainers with ORSN support.

INCLUDED

  • 8 Training modules chosen by district staff
  • Coaching and support from ORSN staff throughout the entire school year
  • Customized ORSNPD.org Learning Portal with Data Dashboard, district logo & color scheme
  • Up to 4 supervisor / coach accounts on ORSNPD.org
  • 100 Participant users on ORSNPD.org, not including asynchronous assessment
  • Regular tech support (e.g. automated password recovery, online ticketing system)

Train the trainer

Optional Add Ons

DISTRICT PARTNER’S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify District Champion & trainer(s)
  • Choosing scope and sequence of content – At least 30 days before launch
  • Determine PLC schedule and formally notify ORSN team to coordinate our availability for support and coaching
  • Create and share PLC agendas for your participants
  • Facilitate PLCs including breakout group discussions (ORSN has additional facilitators if you need support for break out discussions)
  • Maintain and track attendance, support ORSN with potential training evaluation where agreed upon

Option 2: ORSN IN PERSON PLC

DELIVERY METHOD

In Person PLCs hosted by a Regional Consultant from ORSN, if available.

INCLUDED

  • 8 Training modules chosen by district staff
  • Regional Consultant hosts PLCs with district coordination
  • Customized ORSNPD.org Learning Portal with Data Dashboard, district logo & color scheme
  • Up to 4 supervisor / coach accounts on ORSNPD.org
  • 40 Participant Users w Access to ORSNPD.org, not including asynchronous assessment
  • Regular tech support (e.g. automated password recovery, online ticketing system)

In-person PLC

DISTRICT PARTNER’S RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify a district contact
  • Choosing Scope & Sequence – At least 30 days before launch
  • Work with Regional Consultant to determine a schedule for PLC delivery
  • Coordinate access to technology or physical arrangements for participants
  • Attend PLC and record attendance
  • Create breakout group structure for participants
  • Arrange for physical space to include internet access, projection & sound

Option 3: ORSN VIRTUAL PLC

DELIVERY METHOD

Virtual PLCs hosted by an ORSN team member and ORSN Breakout Discussion Facilitators

INCLUDED

  • 8 Training Modules
  • ORSN Team member delivers virtual PLC throughout the school year
  • 4-6 ORSN Discussion facilitators for break out room discussion
  • Customized ORSNPD.org Learning Portal with Data Dashboard, district logo & color scheme
  • 4 Supervisor / Coach Accounts on ORSNPD.org
  • 60 Participant Users w Access to ORSNPD.org, not including asynchronous assessment
  • Regular tech support (e.g. automated password recovery, online ticketing system)

Option 5: ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING

Asynchronous Learning: Subjects

DELIVERY METHOD

Virtual Asynchronous Learning. Our ORSNPD.org system has the ability for your school staff participants to be assigned specific module content, based on your desired scope and sequence. Completed modules are tracked, and upon completion of required content, participants earn completion certificates.
